I tend to get lower back pain if I am up and moving a lot or doing too much bending over. This helps with the pain in my lower back. I definitely recommend this!

I was given this to try by my neighbor Susan Reichardt. It has helped lots. I am now ordering my own. I still have some pain in the cords of my neck but the pulsating hurt/burn of muscles are much better. I will continue to use this product.
