Apply a pea size (or less) amount to under arms with tip of finger. This deodorant has been known to last for several days without reapplication! We dare ya to give it a try! (weighed out 12, pea size scoops, to weigh 1 gram. That makes 12 x 38.98 = 367 pea size scoops in a jar, give or take a few!)
